First new Takeuchi On North Uist, Outer Hebridies
C.E.I.A. is made up of a group of islanders living and working on North Uist in the Outer Hebridies, their diverse range of activities include among other things, construction, building, maintenance, drainage, fisheries and estate management.
The island itself has interesting and complex landscape, with hundreds of small freshwater lochs that seem to occupy more of the land than the land itself.

The extreme climatic environment encountered here, coupled with the remoteness of the location dictate the need for a tough machine with a proven record of reliability. This was a top priority for C.E.I.A. when researching the market and having already heard good reports of the product, they were interested to hear what Chris Webb of Webb Plant Sales had to say about the Takeuchi 2.9 Ton Excavator.
